- 1 deep–fried breaded pork cutlet
- 2 hamburger buns
- 50 g shredded cabbage leaves
- suitable amount mayonnaise
Split the buns. If you like, toast them. Cut the deep–fried breaded pork cutlet into half widthwise.
Make the miso sauce. Mix the miso, sugar and sweet sake for seasoning (mirin) in a dish. Warm it in a microwave.
Place the shredded cabbage, suitable amount mayonnaise, deep–fried breaded pork cutlet half and miso sauce on top of a bun half, and cover with the second bun half.
The sweet miso taste suits the fried pork cutlet and buns. It is quite substantial and is delicious, especially when eaten with mustard.
