- 200 g boneless chicken breast
- 8 button mushrooms
- 800 ml water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Slice the button mushrooms.
Put the water, chicken and button mushrooms into a pan.
Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes on medium heat.
