ingredients:
- 200 g thinly sliced beef
- 100 g shimeji mushrooms
- 2 (60 g) shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces.

step 2:
Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps.

step 3:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef, and the mushrooms for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring.

step 4:
Add the soy sauce and salt. Saute for 1 more minute.
