Sauteed Pork & Onion with Miso
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 200 g pork
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon salad oil

sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons miso
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoons sake
Step 1

step 1:

Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1 cm. wide pieces.

Mix the miso, sugar and sake in a dish.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and onion. Saute for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
