ingredients:
- 140 g thinly sliced beef
- 60 g lettuce
- 3 tablespoons ponzu soy sauce
- 800 ml water

step 1:
Pour the water into a pan. Heat the water to 70 °C and add the beef slices one by one. After each slice changes color, remove and drain in a colander.

step 2:
Tear off the lettuce into bite-size pieces and put on two plates. Put the beef on the lettuce and pour the ponzu soy sauce over each plate.

comment:
When you cook the beef in hot water of 70 °C, the meat does not shrink too much, retains its good flavor and is delicious.
