As many people interested in Japanese culture increase in the world, they are having more opportunities to eat Japanese cuisine. Because we feel many people actually do not understand how to cook Japanese food well, we decided to create this website featuring simple Japanese recipes. We are Manami Imai and Kenji Imai, a sister and brother living in Japan. We started this site in July 2008.
