- 80 g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 20 g bread crumbs

Chop the onion, carrot and shiitake mushrooms. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Mix the ground meat, onion, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, egg, bread crumbs and soy sauce in a big bowl.

Put the mixture into a rectangular cake pan. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
