Add the ground chicken, pork or beef, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar to a pan and stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.
Beat the eggs and mix in the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar in a bowl. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Add the egg mixture and stir-fry 1 minute.
Serve the meat and eggs as shown in the picture over the steamed rice.
Rousong is ground meat (chicken, pork or beef) fried with sugar and soy sauce until the liquid is boiled down. It is then served as topping over steamed rice.
