Sauteed Pork & Potatoes with Miso
Ingredients

  • 200 g pork
  • 230 g potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Wash the potatoes. Cut them into bite-size pieces.

Put the potatoes into a heat-resistant container or on a plate, and cover with a plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave oven for 3 minutes at 600 W. Remove from the microwave and wipe the water off the potatoes with a paper towel.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork. Saute for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the potatoes. Saute for 1 more minute.
