comment:

What is your favorite beef dish? This dish is easy and also good for your health and beauty. You only cook the beef and spinach, and then mix with the sesame sauce. Beef contains protein, vitamin B, iron, and is good for your health and beauty. Spinach is said to be a total nutritional vegetable, and it has a lot of beta-Carotene, iron, vitamin C etc., which can prevent cancer and are good for anemia and prevention of colds. Also, vitamin C is more effective when you take vitamin E at the same time. Because sesame contains a lot of vitamin E, this dish is very good for your health and beauty. The good flavored sesame sauce suits the beef and spinach in this easy to make and highly nutritional delicious dish. Please try it for your dinner sometime.
