ingredients:
- 300 g boneless chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons sake
sesame sauce:
- 1 tablespoon sesame paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar

step 1:
To make the sesame sauce, mix the sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar in a bowl.

step 2:
Stab both sides of the chicken 5 or 6 times with a fork. Put the chicken in a microwave-safe container and add the sake. Cook for 6 minutes at a 600-watt setting.

step 3:
After cooking, remove the chicken from the container and cut into bite-size pieces. Place on a serving dish and pour the sesame sauce over the chicken pieces.

comment:
This dish is a very quick recipe. Sake reduces the chicken smell and the sesame sauce makes the chicken more delicious.
