Seared Chicken & Celery with Curry Powder & Soy Sauce


  • 300 g boneless chicken breast or thigh
  • 150 g celery
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
Step 1

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix the curry powder and soy sauce in a small bowl.

Slice the celery diagonally into 2 cm. pieces.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken for about 3 minutes on medium heat on each side.

Add the celery and sear 2 more minutes.

Add the soy sauce mixture and salt. Remove from the heat and stir.
