Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Cut the napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into bite-size pieces. Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms 3 cm. from the end and cut in half.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium flame and sear the pork. After the pork changes color, add the napa cabbage and enoki mushrooms. Sear on medium heat.

When the napa cabbage becomes soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute for 1 minute.

Enoki mushrooms are used in this dish, which makes it especially delicious. Pork and the enoki mushrooms are good for fighting fatigue, and the napa cabbage helps prevent colds. As you only sear in a frying pan, it’s easy, so please try it.
