ingredients:
- 200 g pork
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then peel. Cut each half into 1 cm. wide slices.

step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and avocado. Saute for about 4 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
