  • 10 1/2 ounces ground meat
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 3 ounces shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2/3 ounces bread crumbs
Step 1

Chop the onion, carrot and shiitake mushrooms. Preheat the oven to 390 °F.

Mix the ground meat, onion, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, egg, bread crumbs and soy sauce in a big bowl.

Put the mixture into a rectangular cake pan. Bake in the oven at 390 °F for 20 minutes.

Remove the meat from the cake pan and slice.
