- 10 1/2 ounces chicken
- 10 1/2 ounces carrots
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Cut the carrots into julienne slices.
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Pour the water into a pan. Add the chicken, carrots and soy sauce. Cover and boil on a medium flame for about 15 minutes until the carrots become soft.
The combination of chicken, carrots and sweetened soy sauce has a very good taste.
