- 10 ounces pork loin chops
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
To make the sweet and sour sauce, put the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in a pan, and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the pork on high heat for about 3 minutes on each side until done.
Place the pork on a plate. Pour the sauce over the pork.
The sweet and sour sauce suits sauteed pork very well, and the combination has a good taste.
