Chicken Saute with Soy Sauce


  • 12 ounces boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon salad oil

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

Heat the salad oil in a pan and sear the chicken for about 8 minutes on medium heat.

Add the soy sauce and sear for one more minute.
