- 10 ounces boneless chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons flour
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- suitable amount mayonnaise (optional)
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix the curry powder and the flour in a bowl. Dust the chicken in the mixture.
Heat the salad oil in a pan and sear the chicken for about 4 minutes on medium heat. After it changes color, sear the opposite side for about 4 minutes on low heat.
