ingredients:
- 7 ounces beef
- 1 ripe avocado
- 5 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons salad oil

step 1:
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then peel. Remove the pit. Cut each half into 1 cm. wide slices.

step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and avocado. Saute for about 4 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
