Sauteed Pork & Onion with Soy Sauce
Ingredients

  • 7 ounces pork
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salad oil
Step 1

Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1/2 in. wide pieces.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and onion. Saute for about 3 minutes and sometimes stir. Add the sugar and soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
