sauteed pork & onion with soy sauce

- Japanese: Butaniku to tamanegi no itame
- 7 ounces pork
- 1/2 onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salad oil
Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1/2 in. wide pieces.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and onion. Saute for about 3 minutes and sometimes stir. Add the sugar and soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
This dish is very simple. Because it is not salty, you can eat a lot.
