ingredients:
- 7 ounces chicken
- 5 ounces broccoli
- 3 1/2 ounces package shimeji mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cut the broccoli (including stems, if desired) into pieces. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.

step 2:
Place the broccoli in a microwave-proof container and cook it in the microwave for 6 minutes.

step 3:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken for about 6 minutes on medium heat.

step 4:
Add the broccoli and shimeji mushrooms. Sear for about 6 minutes on medium heat. Add the soy sauce and salt. Stir.

comment:
The broccoli becomes soft and the umami of the chicken and shimeji mushrooms soaks into it and makes this a very delicious dish.
