chicken saute with matcha butter sauce
- 7 ounces boneless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
matcha butter sauce:
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 2/3 ounce butter
- a little salt
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the chicken for about 4 minutes. After it changes color, sear the opposite side for about 4 minutes.
Put the butter in a small pan and melt on low heat.
Remove from heat and mix in the matcha powder and salt.
Put the chicken on a plate. Pour the matcha butter sauce over the chicken.
This recipe is similar to French cuisine which uses a lot of sauces. Here, the full - bodied sauce removes the smell of the chicken.
