  • 7 ounces napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

Cut the beef and napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef. After the beef changes color, add the napa cabbage and sear on medium heat.
