ingredients:
- 7 ounces beef
- 7 ounces napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cut the beef and napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) into bite-sized pieces.

step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef. After the beef changes color, add the napa cabbage and sear on medium heat.

step 3:
When the cabbage becomes soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute 1 minute.

comment:
The oil of the beef soaks into the napa cabbage and makes this dish very delicious. The napa cabbage is very simple, but it contains a lot of nutrition such as dietary fiber, vitamin C, potassium, etc. Because you only have to sear this dish in a frying pan, it’s very easy, so please try it.
