ingredients:
- 5 ounces thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 onion
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup bonito soup stock
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar

step 1:
Slice the onion very thinly.

step 2:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces.

step 3:
Simmer the bonito soup stock, soy sauce, and sugar in a frying pan on medium heat. Stir and add the onion slices. After they become soft, add the beef.

step 4:
Simmer about 2 minutes.

step 5:
Beat the eggs and pour them into the frying pan. Cook until the eggs are your favorite consistency.
