Toriniku to hijiki no itame

comment:

Ingredients that are good for your health are used in this dish. Hijiki contains a lot of calcium and dietary fiber; chicken contains protein and the vitamin B group; and green pepper has a lot of vitamin C, etc. Also it is easy to make because you just soak the hijiki in water, cut the ingredients and sear. The flavor of the garlic soaks into the ingredients, and even with the little added seasoning, this dish is delicious.
