seared pork & zucchini with soy sauce

ingredients:
- 10 1/2 ounces boneless pork chops
- 6 ounces zucchini
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- a little salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

step 1:
Cut the pork into 1 in. strips. Cut the zucchini into 1/2 in. wide slices.

step 2:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium-low flame and sear the pork and zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

step 3:
Sear for a couple of minutes. Turn over and sear the opposite side for the same amount of time. Add the sugar and soy sauce.
