ingredients:
- 7 ounces beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1/2 in. wide pieces.

step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and onion. Saute for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the sugar and soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
