Sauteed Pork, Spinach & Onion with Soy Sauce
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 7 ounces pork
  • 3 1/2 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil     
Step 1

step 1:

Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces. Slice the onion into 1/2 in. wide pieces.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork, spinach and onion. Saute for about 5 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
