  • 10 ounces boneless chicken breast
  • or thigh
  • 5 ounces onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salad oil
Step 1

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

Peel the onions and slice.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken and onions for 6 to 8 minutes on medium heat.

Add the salt, soy sauce and garlic powder. Mix and sear 1 more minute.
