- Japanese: Tori to tamanegi no gārikku-paudā-shōyu-itame
- 10 ounces boneless chicken breast
- or thigh
- 5 ounces onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salad oil
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
Peel the onions and slice.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken and onions for 6 to 8 minutes on medium heat.
Add the salt, soy sauce and garlic powder. Mix and sear 1 more minute.
This recipe is very easy. The soy sauce and garlic powder suit chicken very well.
