- 7 ounces boneless pork loin chops
- 5 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
step 1:
Cut the pork into strips.
step 2:
Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps.
step 3:
Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and saute for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the shiitake mushrooms and saute for a couple of minutes, sometimes stirring.
step 4:
Add the soy sauce and saute for 1 more minute.
