- 18 ounces boneless chicken breast or thigh
- 18 ounces onion
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- 3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- a little flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- a little pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
miso sauce:
- 3 tablespoons white miso
- 1 cup white wine
step 1:
To make the miso sauce, place the miso, white wine in a bowl and mix.
step 2:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on the pieces. Dust them with a little flour.
step 3:
Slice the onion into 1/2 in. wide pieces. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
step 4:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-low flame and saute the chicken for about 4 minutes.
step 5:
Turn the chicken over and add the vegetables. Saute for 5 minutes. Add the miso sauce and stir. Simmer for 8 minutes.

Add the cheese and stir. Remove from the heat.
