- 1 deep–fried breaded pork cutlet
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 ounces shredded cabbage leaves
- suitable amount mayonnaise
miso sauce:
- 2 tablespoons white or red miso
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweet sake for seasoning (mirin)
step 1:
Split the buns. If you like, toast them. Cut the deep–fried breaded pork cutlet into half widthwise.
step 2:
Make the miso sauce. Mix the miso, sugar and sweet sake for seasoning (mirin) in a dish. Warm it in a microwave.
step 3:
Place the shredded cabbage, suitable amount mayonnaise, deep–fried breaded pork cutlet half and miso sauce on top of a bun half, and cover with the second bun half.
