- 7 ounces thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1/2 in. wide pieces.
step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef and onion for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring.
step 3:
Add the curry powder, soy sauce and salt. Saute for 1 more minute.

This dish is very easy. You just sear the ingredients and add the seasoning. It is not spicy at all, so you can eat it easily.
