Sauteed Pork & Shiitake Mushrooms with Butter & Soy Sauce
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 200 g boneless pork loin chops
  • 140 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Step 1

step 1:

Cut the pork into strips.

Step 2

Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps.

Step 3

Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and saute for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the shiitake mushrooms and saute for a couple of minutes, sometimes stirring.

Step 4

Add the soy sauce and saute for 1 more minute.
