- 4 slices ham
- (preferably thicker than 1/4 in.)
- suitable amount Worcestershire sauce
- salad oil for deep frying
batter:
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- 1 ounces bread crumbs
step 1:
Lightly coat the ham slices with the flour in a pan.
step 2:
Beat the egg in a bowl and coat the ham slices with the egg.

Then coat well with the bread crumbs in a separate pan.

Heat the oil to 340 °F and deep-fry the ham slices on each side a couple of minutes until golden brown.
