- 7 ounces thinly sliced lean pork
- 8 green perilla leaves
- 2 ounces pickled plums
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
batter:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2/3 ounce bread crumbs
step 1:
Remove seeds of the plum pulp.
step 2:
Chop the plum pulp.
step 3:
Place the perilla leaves over the pork.
step 4:
Place the plum pulp on the perilla leaves in a line.
step 5:
Roll the pork from the side.
step 6:
Lightly dust the pork in the flour.

Put the yogurt in a container or bowl and coat the pork with the yogurt.

Then coat well with the bread crumbs in a separate pan.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the pork roll for about 3 minutes.
