- 10 1/2 ounces boneless chicken breast
- or thigh
- 5 ounces celery
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix the curry powder and soy sauce in a small bowl.
step 2:
Slice the celery diagonally into 1 in. pieces.
step 3:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken for about 3 minutes on medium heat on each side.
step 4:
Add the celery and sear 2 more minutes.
step 5:
Add the soy sauce mixture and salt. Remove from the heat and stir.
