- 7 ounces boneless chicken thigh
- 7 ounces potato
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
sauce:
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Peel the potato and slice into 1/2 in.-wide pieces.
step 3:
To make the sauce, place the mayonnaise, mustard and soy sauce in a bowl and mix.
step 4:
Heat the salad oil in a pan and sear the chicken and potato slices for about 4 minutes on medium heat on each side until done.

Add the sauce and stir. Saute for a minute.
