  • 7 ounces beef
  • 9 ounces cabbage
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

Cut the beef and cabbage into bite-size pieces.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef. After the beef changes color, add the cabbage and sear on medium heat.

When the cabbage becomes soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute 1 minute.
