ingredients:
- 5 1/4 ounces ground chicken,
- pork or beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 servings steamed rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Add the ground chicken, pork or beef, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar to a pan and stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.
step 2:
Beat the eggs and mix in the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar in a bowl. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Add the egg mixture and stir-fry 1 minute.
Serve the meat and eggs as shown in the picture over the steamed rice.
