- 7 ounces thinly sliced beef
- 3 1/2 ounces shimeji mushrooms
- a little curry powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms and divide the mushrooms into small pieces.
step 2:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef and shimeji mushrooms for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring.
step 3:
Add the curry powder, soy sauce and salt. Saute for 1 more minute.
