- 3 1/2 ounces thinly sliced beef
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Peel the potato and cut in half. Cut each half into thin slices. Peel the onion and slice thinly.
step 3:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef, potato and onion for about 8 minutes, sometimes stirring.
step 4:
Add the salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.
