- 7 ounces thinly sliced pork
- 7 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
step 1:
Cut the pork into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces.
step 3:
Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the pork.
step 4:
After the pork changes color, add the spinach and sear on medium heat.
step 5:
When the spinach becomes soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce.
