ingredients:
- 7 ounces thinly sliced beef
- 2 (2 ounces) shiitake mushrooms
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a little salt
- 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces.

step 2:
Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut into thin slices. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps.

step 3:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef, the pepper and the shiitake mushrooms for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring.

step 4:
Add the soy sauce and salt. Saute for 1 more minute.
