ingredients:
- 7 ounces ground beef
- 3 1/2 ounces onion
- 4 ounces demi-glace sauce
- 6 ounces Alfredo sauce
- 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 servings steamed rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:
Peel the onion and chop. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the meat and onion until the onion becomes clear.

step 2:
Add the demi-glace sauce and salt. Stir and remove from the heat.

step 3:
Spread the butter in two fireproof dishes. Place the steamed rice in the dishes. Pour the sauce mixture over the rice.

step 4:
Pour the Alfredo sauce mixture over the top. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the mixture. Preheat the oven to 480 °F. Bake in the oven at 480 °F for 10 minutes.
