ingredients:
- 7 ounces boneless chicken breast
- or thigh
- 2 1/2 ounces onion
- 2 ounces package shimeji mushrooms
- a little salt
- suitable amount soy sauce
- 2/3 ounce butter
step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle salt on the chicken. Thinly slice the onion. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.
step 2:
Wrap the chicken, the onion, shimeji mushrooms and the butter in aluminium foil.
step 3:
Put the wrapped chicken in a frying pan and cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on a serving plate.
step 4:
Pour a suitable amount of soy sauce over everything.
