- 7 ounces thinly sliced beef
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper
- 2 ounces package shimeji mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
step 1:
Cut the beef into bite-size pieces.
step 2:
Peel the potato and cut in half. Cut each half into thin slices. Peel the onion and slice thinly.

Cut the pepper into thin slices. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms.
