- 3 1/2 ounces boneless chicken thigh
- 5 ounces potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
step 1:
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
step 2:
Peel the potato, and cut into 1/4 in. slices. Cut the slices into thin strips.
step 3:
Heat half of the butter in a frying pan and sear the chicken and potatoes for 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
step 4:
Add the remaining butter and soy sauce and stir.
comment:
The thinly sliced potatoes give them a nice texture. Soy sauce and butter go well together, so the seasoning of the stir-fried chicken and potatoes is delicious.
