ingredients:
- 200 g ground beef
- 100 g onion
- 120 g demi-glace sauce
- 160 g Alfredo sauce
- 50 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 servings steamed rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
step 1:
Peel the onion and chop. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the meat and onion until the onion becomes clear.

Add the demi-glace sauce and salt. Stir and remove from the heat.
step 3:
Spread the butter in two fireproof dishes. Place the steamed rice in the dishes. Pour the sauce mixture over the rice.

Pour the Alfredo sauce mixture over the top. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the mixture. Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Bake in the oven at 250 °C for 10 minutes.
